Pictured is a 100 year old brick foundation, The mortar holding the bricks together has eroded over time allowing water and moisture to penetrate the basement. Mold and mildew create an unsafe environment. After concrete repair to the wall and a rubber membrane applied, new weeping drainage pipe is installed at the footing. A dimple board is then installed and terminated a grade level. All good for another century.
